During this unprecedented time, as our world faces the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to let you know that PTA is here for you.  PTA exists to help schools and communities partner with families and that does not change just because we’re not able to physically be in our school buildings.  Here are some resources that may help during this time.

National PTA has continued to provide new content on their Notes from the Backpack podcast.  There are a wide variety of topics available, including two COVID-19 focused episodes.  Each episode is less than 40 minutes long and features experts in their respective fields.  You can check out the podcast at pta.org/backpacknotes or wherever you get your podcasts.

Missouri PTA (MOPTA) has also put together an extensive list of resources for families during school closures.  This list features educational resources for a number of subjects, as well as resources for games, activities, and technology support.  More information can be found here.

We hope that you and your family are staying safe and healthy.  We, as a PTA, our continuing our work and look forward to advocating for every child during this time.
